Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help my clients address a variety of psychological, emotional, and behavioural issues. In a hypnotherapy session, I will guide my clients into a deeply relaxed and focused state, known as a trance, you are more open to suggestions and can access your subconscious mind more easily.

During this trance-like state, my clients may be more receptive to positive suggestions and imagery aimed at helping them make changes in thoughts, feelings, or behaviours. This can be useful for a range of concerns.

Hypnotherapy doesn't involve mind control, as people under hypnosis can't be made to do something against their will. It's more like a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, which allows me to guide clients toward helpful changes.
