Life Coaching

Life coaching is a professional practice where I will helps my clients clarify their goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to improve various aspects of their lives. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing emotional issues or past trauma, life coaching is more future-oriented and action-based, aiming to support people in achieving their personal or professional aspirations.

Life coaches generally work with clients to motivate, inspire, and empower them to take practical steps toward creating positive change. Sessions can be one-on-one or in group settings, and I will use various tools, exercises, and frameworks to facilitate growth and change.

The relationship between a coach and client is typically collaborative. The client is seen as the expert in their own life, while I provide guidance, structure, and support. This dynamic helps my clients move from where they are to where they want to be, often through clarity, accountability, and actionable steps.
